Slovak skier named world's best Paralympic athlete of 2019.

This award reflects how successful the Paralympic season was for me, Henrieta Farkasova said at the ceremony. Slovak skier Henrieta Farkasova was named the best Paralympic athlete for 2019. She received the 2019 Paralympic Sport and Media Award at a ceremony held on October 25 in Bonn, Germany.

Together with her guide, Natalia Subrtova, Farkasova won four gold medals and one silver in PyeongChang, South Korea, becoming the most decorated athlete at the 2018 Winter Paralympics, the International Paralympic Committee said on its website.This is the second international recognition for Farkasova.
